I went to Dr Cochran because I read the positive reviews online. I traveled far to Texas to get there. Though he and his staff were pleasant, it was a mistake. The inner structure of my nose is clearly visible and my once symmetrical nose is now asymmetric. I am going to another surgeon to see what can be done to fix this. I am very unhappy and though he has a lot of results to show you, I have subsequently found many others online that have had similar results. I am not saying you should stay away from him as others have, I am just saying do your research.

MissMia21,,I saw your pics ,,you look very beautiful and your nose is very nice, maybe it's not as perfect as you wanted to be but it's not deformed, I had a nice nose and my nose became deformed after my primary, I wish my doctor left my tip alone , I have no tip now:(( you are so pretty be carful please.

I need revision because my nose is deformed, I basically have no cartilage left on my nose, I need revision but my primary was so bad that i'm traumatized .
You should apply for that show botched, those people get free surgeries. And they do good jobs.
I am so sorry you had a terrible outcome. The same happened to me. I was under the impression that he was board certified in plastics and he is NOT!!!! He is an ENT that should NOT be performing rhinoplasties !!!!! He WIDENED my nose , and made my breathing issues so much worse!! My nostrils are collapsed inside! My experience w him has been a complete nightmare !!! I called repeatedly and he never got on the phone or called me back or checked in. Anyone considering him should run.

You should elaborate and tell people exactly what he did--did he rotate your nose too much, so that nostrils show? Leave you with a hanging columella? I'm so sorry you're unhappy. Research isn't enough, unfortunately. A lot surgeons are unprofessionals that don't care.
