Absolute best care one could ask for. Very difficult case, achieved amazing results.
Months of research brought me to Spencer Cochran and would not have chosen anyone else. Very easy recovery and down time. Fabulous staff and office experience. Does not make promises that are not achievable and 3-D images were dead on accurate to the results. Wonderful experience!!

After a terrible procedure 15 years ago with rhinoplasty, I watched my nose continue to get worse over the years. I decided to go forward with a revision this past year and began my research. Over several months of extensive research, I chose Dr. Cochran for the surgery. As an understudy of Dr. Gunter, Dr. Cochran is a miracle worker. I never doubted that he could correct my huge disaster of a nose, and 4 months later I am so glad I made that decision. He turned a nightmare into a beautiful work of art, which is still not fully healed of course. If you are in need of a surgeon that will improve your appearance 100%, look no further. I wanted the Best...and that is what I got. Absolutely one of the best in the world, and do not settle for less!!! Thank you Dr. Cochran for giving me my confidence back.
