Your nose looks beautiful. Having a botched primary is a lousy experience and so is selecting another surgeon and trusting him or her. I'm so happy you've had this outcome!

My name is Olivia Guzmán. I am from Mexico. I had my nose job done by Dr. C. Spencer Cochran last October 2016. My case was very complicated and Dr. Cochran handled it masterfully. The result is so natural that it looks as if I was born with it, and I breathe amazing as never before in my life. I really appreciate the effort, dedication and creativity that Dr. Cochran put in my case because I know that it takes many years of study and specialization to achieve such a successful result. In addition, the love he feels for his work, his kindness and treatment, gave me a lot of confidence that was highly rewarded.
Throughout the process I was able to realize that the care and specific attention that Dr. Cochran dedicates to each case is key to his success. For all this I am very, very grateful.

Hi lynn1982!! I had three rhinoplasties before with other doctors; but I was not happy with the results of those previous surgeries, so I went to see Dr. Cochran. He gave me so much confidence that I was in surgery with him two months after my consultation. And, the results are so extraordinary!! I cannot be more happy!!! :)))... Thank you so much for your speedy reply, do you know what materials he used to fix your nose? ear, septal, or rib? I have some contours and also some asymmetry that need to be dealt with- all in the nasal tip- and I have thin skin. any info you can give me will be much appreciated. I would love to have a result as yours!
Thanks @lynn1982!! Dr. Cochran used ear cartilage to fix my nose. I also have very thin skin and understand your cocern beacause I was also worried for that. However, the doctor told me that I did not have to worry, that my skin was perfect for surgery and that there would be no problem. So my thin skin was no impediment to surgery or a successful result. Dr. Cochran inspired me with such confidence that I did not hesitate to put myself in his hands and the result is so amazing and admirable that I feel super, super thankful. :)))...
