Bellafill and Xeomin Don't Work.

On July 25, 2018 I had an consultation with Dr. Standefer and Ms Patricia Kierman R.N. for fillers or a mini lift. Once Dr Standefer and Tamara advice me the cost, I couldn't afford surgery, so I went with Bellafill filler kit buy 5 get one free and Xeomin. Dr Standefer recommended as well as Ms. Kierman the fillers since it last 5 yrs and it will give me what I needed, those were their words. No other info was giving to me, I did explained to them the areas I was concern and I trusted Dr. Standefer and Ms. Kierman. Paid $4,240.00 cash. Started with 4 syringes 2 days of swelling and no results neither products. Then went back after 3 wks for retouch did one more, no results. Ms Kierman informed me that it should start working, which I was very surprised that I had to wait for results, that was not explained to me before paying my $4,240.00, and deciding if those fillers were really what I should've choose. Dr Standefer is the expert here, what happened to his expertise in my case, he just took my money and did not care if I was aware of this. So I went for my last syringe and still no results from Bellafill and Xeomin. Ms. Kierman asked me to schedule an appointment to see what they can help me with or give me a discount since shw got a called from SUNEVA PHARM to find out why my Bellafill did not work.REALLY!

Tamara the consultant at Fresh image asked me in a aggressive way that I need to take pictures again and since I said no, she was rude and said, will have to reschedule you then. Ms Kierman came in the office and explained to me what they will offer me and it was $170.00 off 2 syringes of Rystalane and $70.00 of Voluma. So what happened to the money I paid the 1st time so they dissapeared like I never went to this Dr. Standefer office. Ms. Kierman advice to get suegery that it cost $5,000. why Dr. Standefer didn't offer that to me when I went for my consult in July this year, Instead Tamara saying that it was $8,000. Their is something not right here someone is lying someone is taking advantage and ripping of people like me. I call Suneva Pharm for the Bellafill filler why it did not work, and they are investigating if it was expired.

Dr. Standefer did not suggest anything to help me achieve my goals, I trusted him that's why I choose him after doing research.He walked out of the office and did not say one more word to me. How discourage we must feel when a supposedly a prestigious Doctor with experience and makes good money takes advantage of people like me and gets richer.
