The staff was excellent but I'm at 4 day's post and I'm very unhappy, emotional, depressed you name it with my results. With all my research I've done, right after surgery my butt should have been at it's fullest, I was expecting at least some what of a bubble but yet I still have my sponge bob shape, that I originally started with. Right after my procedure my Doctor told me I was going ro be really happy with my results, so im anxious to get home to look in the mirror and I'm still seeing the same shape , no plumpness or anything, so I'm thinking ok let's wait two days, to see if I could tell...took shower and literally cried, 2 days ops and 3 days ops, followup appt was scheduled for Tuesday 3/17 but I can't wait another day, anxious to hear what he has to say so I changed it for today. So I will let you guys kno what happened once I meet with him today.

Thank you all for your concern, I'm so happy I decided to join realself and I'm also thankful their are so many caring , generous people that is willing to take the time out to comfort me and to show me support. I saw Dr yesterday, he did explain to me that I had a lot of swelling and that once my swelling goes down I will start to see my curves. He mentioned to me that he took 5000 litters of fat out of me and was able to put 780 cc in each cheek' the most he's ever put in any patience. I then said I guess I was looking for the lift!! That's when he said to me I did the lipo with fat transfer to the butt. The Brazilian butt lift is a different procedure. Which totally suprised me because I thought they were both the same ,I guess I didn't do my research properly. He's a really nice doctor and is staff is wonderful too. I guess I have to be patient.

Thanks for updating us. I never knew about the lipo and fat transfer?? I would have made the same mistake as you. I better go back and check my paperwork. Does he do the bbl surgery?

I am confused. I thought fat transfer to buttocks was the BBL and 780cc seems to not be much? Hopefully it is just swelling and your curves will pop once it subsides. I know you meant to say 5 liters and you are right to want to see some sculpting and lifting. Ask the doctors on here with a before and after pic and see what they think?
Like me and many RS sisters you came on here to see what magnificent transformations can happen with lipo and fat transfer to the butt and that is why you did it. Now I have to be sure my PS knows exactly what my expectations are before I engage him/her for the procedure. Sis, don't second guess yourself. You knew what you wanted. Praying it will still happen for you

Dang! That sucks!!! I too thought the transfer was to add and then they did the lift. I guess we all should be more specific. I do know that from reading on RS it seems like alot of doctors in the states won't transfer an excessive amount so it may be something to consider out of the country. I'm so sorry you went through all of that just to get something you really didn't want. That sucks bad!!!!

Lipo is removing of fat, period. Fat transfer is taking the fat removed & putting it into another area of the body. BBL is achieved by fat transfer to the buttocks. 780cc's of fat in each cheek is near next to nothing. My first fat transfer (Coconut Grove, FL-Dr Constantino Mendieta, 2008) he put 2,500cc's in each buttock. However, I lost almost 50% of it (reabsorbed by my body) & I ended up having 2more done. It's 7yrs later & my butt is something amazing, still. I recently consulted with a PS( Dr Yoho-Pasadena, CA) & he & his wife (his nurse-Brandi Yoho, RN) were impressed, she began trying to convince him he should transfer more fat for better BBL results, however he refuses saying he believes fat embolism is possible & under reported, his max is 850cc's.

Here's a few pictures after 3 months, I'm not 100% satisfied but I'm some what satisfied , I can say this , the men love it..lol

I'm still sorry you had to go through it and not receive what you wanted. Maybe you can look into out of country. I'm going to DR to get TT, Lipo and BBL in August. They definitely know what bbl is!

I consulted doctors here in Dallas I feel like the ones I saw go for a more natural look wich I’m not going for. Are you considering going for a second round
