62 Year Old Removing 8 Year Old 390cc Silicone Implants (Under Muscle) and Getting a Lift! - Dallas, TX

When I was 54 I was in the best shape of my life. ...
WORTH IT$8,399
When I was 54 I was in the best shape of my life. 5' 7" 120 lbs with lean muscle mass. I also made the biggest mistake of my life and got implants. My PS (Miami Doctor) said he would just restore the lost volume; I told him I wanted to be a full B / small C (which was a little larger than what I was before kids). I woke up with DDs. I wasn't thrilled. Dr. Rubenstein did great work with the incisions (aureola insert / no detectable scars) but he didn't listen to what I wanted with regard to size.
To make matters worse, as I got older my breasts grew (nature's cruel joke) plus I gained weight which didn't help. I feel like a cow and have hated them for years. Clothes don't fit right and for the last 5-6 years I started having thyroid issues and not as much energy. Wondering now if it is connected to the implants.
Tomorrow I am having my surgery to remove them and have a breast lift with Dr. Stephanie Teotia of Dallas, TX. I am so excited. I made my decision to have this done after looking at before & after pics and reading the reviews on Real Self. Thank you to all those that shared their stores....the good and the bad. Those that were happy and those that had regrets. It really helped me decide what was right for me.
I am not nervous about tomorrow but am worried about scarring. The plan right now is that I will most likely have an incision around the aureola and then the anchor. Is that a lollipop with anchor scar? I have purchased Epi-Derm silicone forms / bandages from Biodermis for this type of incision. I ordered the package that will take through 8-12 weeks post op. It cost me approximately $400 but I used them after my breast augmentation and you can't see my scars at all.
My PS just recommended buy good sports bras, but I did purchase 2 post-op compression bras. Anything I can do to help the healing process. I've been taking Arnica to reduce bruising and bromelian for healing. Also taking Staphysagria.
Wish me luck. Surgery is at 9:30a CST. Supposed to take 3.5 hrs plus 2 hrs in recovery room. Hoping that she doesn't but drains in. So excited won't be able to sleep tonight....which is good because I have to clean my house! :)
Posting pics of my breasts after implants in 2008 and what they look like now (ugh!) Not being in shape doesn't help. But hoping that this surgery will give me my energy back and inspire me to get back in shape.
Will provide updates of how the surgery goes and post pics!

UPDATED FROM JB606
Day of treatment
Surgery Day - Any advice on showering with drains?
Sorry for miss-fire on the update. My surgery went fine but I was in a lot of pain afterwards. I normally have a high tolerance of pain. So either this is a high level or I am turning into a wimp. PS did prescribe a more potent pain pill as part of her after care treatment and it has worked great.
My surgery started on schedule at 930a Removal of implants plus a lift. Assume they used all the time they had scheduled (3.5 hrs); I just know I left thee around 2p or 2:30p. My friend stopped by pharmacists on way home to pick up the pain prescription and we were at my house right before 4p.
I slept until 830p and got up to fix myself soup and take pain medication. Have tried to stay up a little bit....but I keep falling asleep as I type.
My PS did use drains and told me she will evaluate taking them out next Friday.
Do any of you have useful tips on taking a shower when you still have drains in? And any for going to work in an office with the trains.
Thanks for an input.
