I wanted a plumper rear. I wasn't quiet prepared as I thought for the liposuction part. In the end I got a plumper rounder butt. It was really painful for me but many people seem to tolerate. Be prepared for pain when having this procedure and be prepared to not sit directly on your rear end for three weeks. This includes sleeping on your back which for me was hard because I'm a back sleeper! Dr Meade was a great doctor and the staff was very friendly. I would refer him to friends and family.
