I don't even know where to begin... I have been wanting implants for the past 15 years, but always knew I wanted to wait until after I had kids. I am so glad I waited! For the past year, I've been researching different surgeons. Dr. Jejurikar was at the top of my list. Then, after meeting him and feeling at ease, I decided he was the perfect surgeon for me. He clearly explained the procedure. We discussed a lift due to my sagging breasts after pregnancy. I agreed that if I was going to get implants, I really wanted to do a lift to make my breasts more perky. With his help, I decided Sientra 385cc textured, moderates would be perfect for what I wanted to accomplish. I have always been a pear shape with wider hips and thighs. I wanted to look more proportionate and have an hour glass figure. I cannot express how pleased I am with the outcome so far at 2 weeks post surgery. Each day they feel and look as I always imagined they'd look.

They look great! what size were you before? Im doing mine sept 15 and still cant decide what size.
I have small sagging breasts as well.. although mine are considered tuberous breasts, Im 22 yo and have wanted this surgery since I was 15!
How has your healing been?
Any advice? A lot of women on this site have gone under the breasts so any advice I would appreciate!
Also, did you get round or shaped "tear dropped" implants?

I got round, textured. So far I love them. I am on Day 16 Post Op and feel no pain. My right breast is still quite firm, but my left is finally feeling squishy and settling nicely. Good Luck with your implants and lift. You'll love it!
