Posted some more before/after pics (rhinoplasty and Juvederm lip fillers). Sorry that the top pictures aren't great quality, but they are the before pictures of my original consultation.

I have always had concerns about my nose growing...
I have always had concerns about my nose growing up and considered rhinoplasty as an option. I finally got the courage and financial opportunity in my mid-20's to go ahead with the procedure. I did a ton of research and found most surgeons in my area to be around same price ($8-10k) with consultation fees ranging from $100-300. I followed all suggestions and guidelines for before and after care and had no complications. My recovery went as well as it could have gone; I had a great deal of soreness, bruising, and swelling as warned. Bruising and soreness went down gradually in the next coming weeks just as the doctor said. The swelling (mostly unnoticeable except to me) stuck around for about 8 months. It has been just over a year and I am extremely pleased with the results.

You look fantastic! Did you also have lip fillers?
You did have a great result. I noticed that you are from California. You traveled a long way to have your surgery with Dr. Cochran. I had consults with him and Dr. Rohrich, but I am still deciding. I am wanting to consult Dr. Grigoryants who is in California because his review and pictures are impressive. Thanks for sharing your pictures! Very glad that you had a wonderful result.

Oh sorry! Forgot to mention- I was living in Oklahoma at the time of the surgery. I looked just into nearby surrounding states.
