It's been two years since I got my breast augmentation done, and Dr.Liland was not a good choice. I have tuberous breast, with one breast larger than the other. He over corrected my problem and my nipples are way too high, to the point I have no cleavage and they come out of every shirt I wear. When I had surgery, I tried to explain to him how unhappy I was and all he would tell me is "its so much better than before". I left his office crying multiple times, and he gave me no options. I had used my entire savings so that I could have breast that looked normal, and mine are still uneven, crooked, and my nipples are literally at the top of my breast. I knew we were doing a lift, but I had no idea I would be dealing with this. He is a little more affordable than other doctors in the area, but I would recommend not choosing him based on that. He does not want to make you happy, and will not own up to mistakes. Every other doctor I've seen has told me he made a mistake during the lift and that's why my nipples aren't centered.
Also, at one point I had an issue with the credit card charges, my cosigner had fraudulent charges on his care credit and accidently put my surgery as fraud. When I went to visit him he yelled at me because they had taken the money out, but the money ended up going back the next day. It was so unprofessional and mean when this was clearly an honest mistake. Please contact me if you need to see more pictures or want details of the nightmare I went through.
I have almost enough saved to get this corrected and am gonna do a lot of research to find a doctor who is willing to help. I also have slight symansia and if you press in between my breast you can see they are connected. Three other doctors told me that, but of course when I explained that to him he said I did not have it.

I wish I had known about this website when I got my surgery. He is not good for breast implants or breast lift at all. Maybe if your boobs are perfect before and all you need is just a small implant maybe that's why his reviews aren't all bad .. or maybe people don't know about this site. I just want women to make sure they do hard hard hard research before they spend that much money. His office and website are so nice, but he's not friendly and the staff are rude. :(

Yes, that's unfortunate we pay so much money you would think they would at least care for us.

Late to commenting but I see you still check Realself. I like David Liland, although I wasn't crazy about his staff member Kali. The symmastia you mentioned really looks minimal to me in the picture above. However I believe based off that photo that he did not add enough sutures to hold the breast fold in tightly and also he did not remove enough skin from the bottom portion of your breasts. The upper pole looks good. The nipples are high. But the lower pole is much too full in proportion to the upper.

@deelfriedbarbie thank you so much for your comment. I have been saving like crazy and I'm getting a BBL surgery first because I haven't found a doctor I like enough for a revision. I'm not going off pictures alone this time I need a doctor who is really good at revisions.

I’m so sorry that happened. It’s three years for me and I’m having a revision this friday. I posted info hoping for some opinions. I used Dr Heistein but I also have three different friends that used Dr Rumalla. They have offices together, and two had total reconstruction and couldn’t say enough good things about him and his staff. His profile is also here on realself.
