I highly recommend Dr David Liland in Dallas Texas. My surgery was practically pain free. My results are fabulous. I do not have any before pictures. I was a 34b and quite saggy from breast feeding 3 kids. I'm 47 and should have done this years ago. Everything fits better and looks better. Best thing I ever did for myself!

It was around the 4 month mark that I quit stressing and thinking I should have gone bigger. I still sometimes think I should have went ahead with 800cc's because of my height however once they truly are settled they look fabulous.
