My nose is doing well, I actually just went to see Dr. Cochran for my 5 month check up. Everything looked great, with the exception of my tip is still funny feeling sort of like a rock but it seems to get better each day. I have some swelling in my tip still which is only visible in pictures or if you are me and constantly see my nose.

My nose is doing so well. Besides some funny swelling here and there that only I notice. Feeling is starting to come back in the tip and I can move my face around my nose finally, the only thing I can’t do completely is scrunch my nose!

Your nose looks great! So pretty! I’m one week out and depressed. My nose is so fat and wide like an eggplant on my face. My original nose was way smaller. When did you swelling go down?

It about a month for the weird swelling to go down and have a somewhat normal nose again, when the cast came off the first week, I was so happy to have my hump removed the swelling didn't bother me at all. But now that I look back at my cast removal pictures my nose looked like an eggplant also. I have to remind myself daily that the rhinoplasty healing process takes quite awhile, be patient with your results :)

Thanks! I’m trying. 2 weeks now and my tip is so fat, I literally look like miss piggy. I love your results- hoping I see some soon. I absolutely loved Dr. Cochran though, he is a great doctor.

My surgery happened so quick and I am so pleased with how everything went! I went in for consultation on a Friday and was at the hospital the following Wednesday. Consultation went smoothly, we discussed what I wanted done and what it would take to achieve that goal. The 3D imaging tool is so helpful when trying to reach the nose you want. Wednesday came along and my surgery was schedule for 1pm. Everything went so smoothly and Dr. Cochran came in the room before my surgery and eased all of my anxious worries. I am now at 11 days post-op and even though my nose is still a little swollen, I could not be happier with how it looks. I am completely over joyed with my outcome!

If you don’t mind me asking, how much was your rhinoplasty itself? And how much were the hospital bills themselves?
