A lot of pec muscle training later, nothing is pointing down anymore yeah and the dent in the upper pole is filling up now slowly. I am very happy with my look already. So much has changed over several month and is still changing. And the best thing is I am very happy with my size lol I have put all push up bras which I have bought before my surgery into the dustbin. If I look at older pics I am asking myself if tissue atrophy caused by breast implants can be regained after taking them out ? May be the body can restore it after the pressure is gone ? I don't know but when I look at my older pics I think so. I didnt put on weight.
Another reason to avoid breast Implants
