I Would Not Recommend

I was recommended Dr. Heckman last year by a dermatologist I saw for a cyst on the side of my face next to my eye. They told me we needed to remove the cyst and promised a single, straight, barely noticeable line. As he stitched me up he was chatting up the nurses and the staff and jamming out to the music. He seemed so casual, it was questionable whether or not he was using all his focus to do a good job. 

I am a healthy 26 year old, but my stitches blew out THE SAME DAY. I called and texted pictures and they said it was no big deal, but they said it was VERY odd the stitches came out. They did not tell me to come back in to fix them. More stitches blew later that day. My eye looked HORRIBLE. I have now waited a full year since the procedure and it definitely looks nothing like they promised. 

I went into the office a few months after it happened and the PA Ann apologized profusely saying she had no idea what went wrong or why it looked so awful. She told me Dr. Heckman was too busy to come see but said maybe he would be willing to fix it in a couple of months. I did not agree at the time, as I no longer trusted them with my face. 

I called a couple months later wanting to discuss payment because I felt as though I did not owe what was being asked based off of the results. They promised me an office manager would call me back. No one EVER called me until I missed my appointment several weeks later. Even then, a message was never left. VERY disappointed, would NOT recommend. My face is scarred for life.
