have talked to the office manager in Hillsborough regarding my dissatisfaction with my visit AND results. I sent text messages with pictures after my visit. It wasn’t until I called the call center and demanded to speak to an actual person at Hillsborough that I actually spoke to a person. This establishment is a chop shop booking as many as possible and does NOT care about the individuals needs, which is evident by the high volume of people waiting in the waiting rooms.
I paid for a service. It has been well over a month and the hyperplasia is still there. My visit was very rushed. I am not exaggerating when I say I do not think she spent more than 3 minutes in the room. I followed instructions of keeping clean, yet days after one of the bumps became infected. I made a virtual appt with another provider within Schweiger and she prescribed antibiotics. I also shared with her my dissatisfaction with my visit.
I can not and will not in good conscious recommend any of my friends to your establishment. I paid over 800. And my face still has the same bumps.
