From the first initial interaction to the end of the procedure, I was met with amazing customer service! It was an easy process to follow from the emails, to the payment leading up to the procedure and the administration team were lovely and always responded quickly. During the removal of the mass on my face, Dr Jack consistently made me feel comfortable, thoroughly explained what was happening & the healing process + follow up.
