Fantastic Service from the Get Go!

I sought out private medical treatment for what was diagnosed by my GP as a Epidermal Cyst located just below my jaw line on the left side of my face/neck area which measured about 1 – 1.5 cm. Despite my GP being fantastic the wait of 14 months to see the Dermatologist at the hospital was somewhat disconcerting.
Having researched the internet and various private medical care suppliers Dr Prashant instantly jumped out, especially with his excellent feedback and reviews.
Initial contact was really easy and through a combination of telephone calls and exchanged Whatsapp messages I was able to send some images over, get a full costing and be offered several appointments to best fit we me. I was evening offered a weekend appointment if I wanted, great service!
On the day of the procedure Dr Prashant and his team were fantastic, I was made to feel at ease within a really friendly and professional environment. Everything was explained fully which covered pre and post procedure. I even got to choose my own music whilst Dr Prashant conducted the procedure.
I am currently in post procedure, and the aftercare has been brilliant. Over and above what I was provided on the day I have received follow up messages checking on progress. Service has been first class and Dr Prashant and his team have gone over and above!
I would certainly recommend Dr Prashant and Reforme Medical, from the get go they have been fantastic and have provided a service that has been outstanding!
