Bad First Impression
After receiving an appointment booking call from Bespoke regarding my doctor referred procedure, I asked and confirmed that this procedure would indeed be covered by ohip.
ON THE DAY of the booked procedure I received a call from Bespoke indicating that it would not be covered and would cost $600+ . NOT COOL!
When asked if they would honour their initial statement, they said NO. This makes me question the integrity of this business.
