Large benign cyst removed from head/scalp with no hair shaved in the process

Dr Natalie was absolutely amazing!
I had a large benign cyst removed from my head/scalp and had been referred to Dr Natalie by a friend. I'd seen another surgeon who said he'd have to shave my head to remove the cyst. Thankfully I went to Dr Natalie for a second opinion! She said this was not necessary at all and that it would be a straightforward surgery. Sure enough, my surgery was easy and successful, I was also well looked after by her, her team, and the nurses. Dr Natalie did such a great job that the nurses were even having difficulty finding where I had surgery. And she was so kind to call my next of kin straight after my surgery to share an update on how it went. Long story short - a successful and easy surgery, with no hair shaved in the process. A massive thank you to Dr Natalie for taking care of me.
