Awful— I had a cyst removed from the corner of my eye

I visited TOC Austin location ,had a procedure to remove a cyst from the corner of my eye . Toward the end of the procedure Dr. Emily Bratton said to her assistant that they might want to send a sample to the lab for a biopsy , I told the doctor that I didn't want a biopsy and would not be held responsible for payment of it . She replied that there would be no charge for it , however there was a charge . Because I refuse to pay and after contacting all parties involved to inform them of the circumstances involved in this matter, it is now turn over to a collection agency. I am contacting the Texas medical board and filing a grievance and the state attorney office as well .
