Dr. Bratton was very accommodating. I was referred to her office for a painful chalazion the day before a holiday weekend and she saved my life! We discussed a lower blepharoplasty then, but I went back for an official consult. She was very thorough about the procedure, how to achieve the best results, realistic expectations for both healing process/time and results. As this was my first cosmetic procedure, she was calm, confident, and skilled. I also had laser resurfacing under my eyes.
