I appreciated that Dr. Galiano's game plan is specific to you & your body, and the look you want to achieve. He does have you pick a cc size prior to surgery, but instead has you find your "dream look" picture that you want to achieve that he refers too during surgery with using sizers. He does not give you a range of cc's that you have to decide on prior to surgery and explains that he puts that decision on himself because he should be the one that decides seeing he is the expert in helping you achieve the look you are going for. He does not want you as the patient to have to make a decision on a cc that you are not qualified to make seeing we are not the plastic surgeons.

He also provided me with extensive information and reasoning for why people should at least consider going over the muscle rather than just going with what "everyone does" by going over the muscle. He ensures you understand your options and does not pressure you one way or the other- but just tries to talk about over the muscle considering the majority of people go under just because they think that is the only way for a natural look. He explains that under the muscle technique became a thing when saline was the more popular choice. But now that most people consider silicone, people should also consider going over the muscle as it still results in a very natural look, without having to worry about animation deformity or bottoming out - along with faster healing. I was confident with my choice of going over the muscle because of the time and information he shared with me on the topic, along with my research done on my own time. You can not see my implant and I am SO happy I listened to my doctor rather than go with what I "thought" was what I should do.

Overall, Dr. Galiano was incredible and made the whole experience very stress free and comfortable. I am only two weeks post op but I am loving my results so far and excited to continue healing. I went with 300ccs and will be a full C.
