31 Yrs with 4 Children, Abdominoplasty, Flank Liposuction, & Reduction from 34G to 34C - Cumberland, MD

I am 31 years old with four children, ranging from age 14 through 18 months. I have had large breasts since high school (DD) but with each child they got larger and never shrank much after finishing with breastfeeding. Before surgery I was a 34G, and now am about a 34C-D depending on the bra. I think once the post op swelling subsides I will be a C. I initially was only going for a breast reduction, but also had a lot of stretch marks, & a large amount of stomach fat that was out of proportion with the rest of my body. So I went for the full mommy makeover, with tummy tuck and flank liposuction as well. It's still early to see the results of the tummy tuck because of the swelling, but I am very pleased so far. Just 4 days post op, but 100% worth it. So happy with breasts, & excited to see final result of tummy tuck once swelling resides. The first couple days were very rough, but each day is better. I would recommend others as long as you have a good support system for recovery. My family has been awesome.

Took pics after breakfast...I think the swelling is a little less today! Hoping to have my right drain taken out tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed that I stay at 30cc or less for the rest of the day.

As you can see, a lot of my fat was carried in my abdomen & breasts, and was really frustrating. Weight loss barely touched it.
