Cryoskin is a Waste of Money

I went to Emotion Sports in Everett, MA for a consultation for Cryoskin 3.0. I was told I’d lose 1/2 inch per session guaranteed. I bought 2 five packs. The first package was $900 (discounted for referral program) the second five pack was $1000. Rachel was my provider. She measured my abdomen with a measuring tape, did the treatment, then measured me again. When she measured me post treatment she pulled the tape measure too tight so that it was digging into my sides to show “inches lost”. This happened at my 1st and 2nd treatment. I voiced my concern but it fell on deaf ears. By the time I showed up for my 3rd treatment I told them my jeans are still just as tight in the waist and that I did not want to continue with my 2nd five pack. It got a lot of pushback and resistance from the owner, Mercedes, but eventually she canceled the package and refunded me.  They offered to re-do the 3 treatments I had with a new provider because I was not seeing results, but retracted that offer when I canceled the second package. So I got my last two treatments with a different provider and still saw no change.  There is a list of rules to follow before and after a treatment.  I followed all the rules because no one wanted this to work more than me.  The technicians are just doing their job as they are trained to do, so I don't blame them.  They should be trained to be honest up front and not make any guarantees if they can't guarantee the service. Cryoskin DID NOT work for me and therefore I would never recommend it.  After all of the discussion about my lack of results, they posted edited pictures of my sessions on Instagram to reflect inches lost and implying that I was a happy customer.  I was shocked when I saw it.  I have the originals. I felt that the owner was very unprofessional while dealing with my complaint.
