From the time I arrived, up until checkout, I felt very rushed

Below my expectations. From the time I arrived, up until checkout, I felt very rushed. I arrived early to do paperwork, as instructed. As soon as I sat down, and pulled out my meds list, I was being called back. I had to gather items, clipboard/papers and was escorted to a room. I was asked why I was here, and I had several concerns/issues… after the first few spots were notated, she was done with listing and left me a paper gown with instructions to get undressed. I told her I hadn’t completed the paperwork yet, but was instructed to undress and then finish papers…. Which, by the way, is very uncomfortable and weird. As I tried to hold the clipboard in my lap, and write at the same time, all the while trying to keep a paper gown half way wrapped around myself. Dr. Herzog appeared, evaluates my skin, writes and writes lots of notes, stops me from asking a question because she was writing, stops her assistant from talking while she was writing. She comes across as a little rude and condescending. I was a little put off by her haughtiness. When she finished writing, I asked a simple question, and she cut me off again and said her assistant would explain anything I needed and answer any questions and she left the room. She didn’t want to be bothered with any follow up questions from me. The whole experience didn’t feel very welcoming or very personalized. I felt very rushed and felt like she didn’t want to be bothered with me.
However, the lady at check out desk was very nice, not rushed, and didn’t act like I was inconveniencing her. She was very polite and professional.
