- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

I had a great experience, Rupert put me at ease, explained the procedure was friendly and professional. It was good to be able to go after work in the evening. The whole thing was done fairly quickly, happy to recommend. Only a light headache afterwards which was barely noticeable and cleared up quickly.
