Not Happy - Costa Rica

UPDATED FROM lookin'good

$3,000
I had upper and lower eye surgery in 2007 performed by Rashi Rosenstock and his
partner Dr. Cohen. Before the surgery I have round eye, I now have asian eyes I do not
look like me...I feel horrible, and I've spent thousands trying to correct the mess these two made. I've asked them to address their mistake. And I've been ignored.
Please, Please stay away, I think they do implants reasonably well - but nothing else.

the doctors made my eyes look different, they offered a useless solution. The only postive is that one of the doctor's had a good bedside manner.

Updated on 20 Jan 2013:
A friend went and have breast augmentation

I'm sorry your experience is not what you wanted to be. I had multiple surgeries with Dr. Rosenstock and I am more than satisfied with my results. My surgeries included: face lift w/ upper and lower blepharoplasty; facial peel; mastopexy w/saline implants; complete tummy tuck; liposuction waist and hips (front and back). I'm not sure what you looked like before or how far removed your photo was from your initial eye surgery but the photo presented here looks Caucasian with slightly exotic eyes. You appear alert, clear-eyed and youthful. I think your eyes are pretty. I'm just saying...
I don't know what you looked like before either, but I do like the way you look now. It is a bit exotic. Its nice. However, YOU need to be comfortable and to not recognize yourself in the mirror must be traumatic. The eyes are the window to the soul, so to maintain your look unless you asked otherwise is critical. I hope you get the corrections you need and feel beautiful with your new eyes. Also, most lipo is lumpy unless you get a lift or an expert. If you find either who is able to correct your issues please let me know. I need to be fixed too.
i actually LIKE your eyes ...

In 2007 I went to Costa Rica for some liposuction on stomach and inner thighs. Dr. Clara Liberman talked me into upper and lower eyelid surgery. I'm not happy with any of the surgeries. My lipo is lumpy.

And my eyes - want a disappointment. My eyes are now slanted upward. I have a long scar near the outer corner of my left eye...and web like skin at the outer corners of both eyes.

I contacted the center - it suggested microdermabrasion (it does not work) and I've an two revisions, with little improvement. Can a bad eye job be improved and who do I now trust my eyes too.

Hi lookin'good -- I'm sorry to hear what you've been through. :( You may also want to post your question on the Doctor Q&A Forum for some professional opinions.

I had a horrible experience at that clinic 3 years ago. I had a facelift with no results at all and lumpy lipo that did nothing.
I too, had a horrible experience at R/L clinic in 2009...results were disfiguring...had to have complete revisions when I returned home and it took years to fix and lots of money. Stay away from the Rosenstock/Lieberman/Cohen clinic in C.R...you don't really know who does your surgery when you are under. Scary stuff. Glad I survived.
Not what you wanted, but very pretty!
Yes I agree that it looks like a bad job FOR SURE. Do you know why your mouth is not straight by chance? Have you had filers to your face? Thanks :)
