Thank you for your encouragement! Are you lifting weights yet? What do you do that reminds you you are still healing so I can avoid that. I asked about doing planks instead of crunches and that type of at work and they told me another month which will mean 8 weeks post-surgery

I would be careful with your arm left because any tension that's put on the incision will cause the scars to spread open or widen I have some areas that did that and I take full responsibility for it because after my surgery my daughter had a baby and I kept picking up the baby and holding the baby and rocking the baby and I went back to work at two weeks with a car that had a tight steering wheel so every time I would have to turn and park I could feel myself pulling on my scars assign is if it hurts it's probably too much I also found myself rolling onto my side and sleeping on my sides which would cause the tissue in my arms to spread out pulling to putting tension on my arm incisions so my advice is try not to sleep on your arms tucked under your sides and you can always work out later do you want to try to get the best results on the look of your scars first which to me is a minimal of like two months
I believe the outside scar looks like it's healed before you really see that the deeper is tissues have had time to really heal and close with some good tough scar tissue.
My belly button has been having a little bit of drainage coming out of it no odor for six weeks but has gotten less and less every few days and my surgeon told me that that's normal though some people it heals in two weeks everybody is different everybody is unique

I caught myself standing up straight on day 2 after tummy tuck and doc said if it didn't hurt, that was probably ok. Glad to know some leaking at 6 weeks is normal. I was supposed to have my belly button sewn up Monday then Tuesday then today and still leaking too much for them to do it. I am very discouraged although it could be much worse... I could have an infection or necrosis or opening in big incision.
I have been sleeping on my side but I think my arm is out instead of under me. I'll try to pay attention.
How does your body look? Your new butt? I am bigger than before I started but hopeful it is just swelling.

I came to Costa Rica for tummy tuck and had arms done, too. I would do the arms locally, but NO WAY would I do a big surgery in the US. The care I receive here is phenomenal...daily nursing care

Sure will. I had no compression garments and seem to have full range of motion, but haven't tried to windmill back behind my head yet...the rest just happened by accident
