Neck creepy 3 years post-necklift

After the neck swelling went down, I began to notice that while my neck looked beautiful below midway down, the area above midway to chin began to look baggy and puckered. Over time it worsened and I called the doctor’s office in CR and sent photos. In a phone consult, Dr. Arguellosaid it was hard to determine if this was due to large salivary glands or something else. I was pretty sure due to the texture and appearance this was not due to salivary glands. When unable to coordinate a return trip with them, I consulted with a local plastic surgeon who thought it was due to skin adhesion to the muscle midway ( It felt like a rope was tight around my neck there.in part due to too much fat removed (I had very little there to start.) He tried Botox shots to that area where puckering starts but that did not help much if any. I tried massage the area and also paid $1800.00 to try Venus Legacy radio frequency treatments. Minor temporary improvement but not close to tightening my skin. It is worse than ever and I am in process of getting consults and costs. Here, seems no one charges or quotes less than $10-$12k, which is what the entire face lift and necklift plus hospital overnight cost in CR. I would like the ugly skin gone but that is too much to pay fora revision.

Still healing behind one ear and a couple of small bruises remain on my face but progress each day. The bleph caused dry eyes but my optomotrist says all looks good and they are better. I still use natural eye drops several x a day.

You look wonderful. I had fl,nl, upper and lower blephs, breast implant revision with capsulectomies, extensive lipo , excision of stretch marks and chemical peel with Dr. Arguello in April 2016 and it was the best thing I've ever done for myself. I'm so happy with my results. The doctors are the best. It's a long road to final outcome but at 65 years old I can now pass for 45. You look so much younger and natural. Remember 9 months to a year for healing to be complete and everything to settle down. Good luck, Hun.

You look beautiful!! Awesome results..I love your neck and jawline. I had dry eyes for awhile after my upper and lower blephs but finally cleared up. Lots of patience was needed in the healing process after a facelift but as you are probably are feeling so worth it.

Arrived home Sept. 14 after final appt Sept 13 to get rest of stitches out and some hyaluronic filler in upper lip to smooth old vertical lines from smoking 45 years ago and frown lines between eyes. My eyes were very dry and red next day and have been since surgery on eyelids. My opthomolgist here tsaw me and explained this is a typical result of blephoplasty that improves with time and natural tear eye drops and gel. I had a black tie event last night and was disappointed that a couple of deep bruises on my cheek linger but I bought some heavy duty makeup I normally would not wear and hid the worst. Today improved except my eyes were very swollen and red, probably from the makeup, but despite that several people at church today commented on how great I with my new hairstyle looked! So, that speaks to how natural the results are.

I got my FL, NL, NECK LIPO, CHIN IMPLANT, TEMPORAL BL in a hospital w GA for $3500. I think another lady in .CAL went to one in her area.
