Didi is a beautiful lady that is based In the U.S. and coordinates Dr Levs patients that live outside of Costa Rica.
She is very quick in replying to your emails etc and very friendly and helpful. Her services are free of charge.
Did I mention that she had a facelift? It was performed by Dr Lev.. Her facelift journey can be seen on Dr Levs website.

CheTica Ranch Recovery Center
CheTica Ranch is situated about 30 minutes from San Jose Town Center. It oversees more than 80 acres of tropical flowers, fruits in a tranquil forest - at 5000 ft above sea level.
My new private villa was fully equipped with wifi, cable TV/DVD, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave.
My towels were changed everyday, and my room was cleaned everyday.
I loved to sit on the patio and watch the sheep and horses grazing peacefully. I was offered 3 delicious home made meals per day which included tropical fruits and juices. I am a vegetarian, and this was not a problem.. Lorena even made me vegetarian lasagne which was excellent. I ate fish, fresh fruits and vegetables most days.
Lorena's husband Ruben cooks a famous BBQ every Saturday, and offered me vegetable kebabs.
All car rides to Dr Lev and the airport were free of charge.
Did I mention that Lorena had a facelift last year? It was performed by Dr Lev..
Francis is the resident nurse. She is a very lovely lady that obviously cares deeply about her patients. She speaks very good English, and is very competent in what she does. She is on call 24/7 and has been working at CheTica Ranch for 12 years.
Once again, I would not hesitate in recommending CheTica Ranch. I thoroughly enjoyed my 14 day stay there, and was very sad to leave. Lorena and Rubens hospitality was A+

Just wondering if the total 6600 cost included the stay at Che tica?
No. My stay at CheTica Ranch was $100 per night inclusive of meals & car rides.
So that was an additional 100 per night, and not part of the $6,600? I totally realize what an incredible "deal" this is, just wanting to make sure I'm accounting for all costs. You, by the way, look fantastic!! Thanks so much for all of your great information as well!
Just a tip - if you stay at CheTica - the Alaskan suite is the best one..

This sounds lovely - perfect place to rest with all that beauty and healing energy around you.
It all sounds fabulous and I'm so pleased for you that you've had such a great outcome. I'd love to hear how you're doing further down the line. I feel thats the real test once all the swelling's gone down and you can see a more permanent result. Best wishes
The description of the Recovery Center is very precise and detailed. It sounds absolutely lovely. I will keep this place in mind, if and when I decide to have my face surgery in Costa Rica.

Dr Alejandro Lev
Dr Lev is a Brazillian trained plastic surgeon in Costa Rica who is known as the "Doctors Doctor" he has a pristine reputation and is genuinely a lovely person. On researching Dr Lev, I found that numerous patients all gave him positive reviews. I studied his before and after photographs, and realized that his work was just amazing.
He only performs one surgery per day, which was a plus in my decision making, and he has partnered with Dr Greenwood (his anesthesiologist) for many years.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Lev - he is truly a gifted surgeon.
