I am 49 years old female, architect, not much into fitness and gym, with 3 kids and after delivering of babies I had problem with fat around tummy, flanks, under bra and tights.Recently I lost weight with "banana diet" from 77 kg to 64 kg which resulted with loose skin on some areas (if you are interested about diet, please contact me in inbox, I am not selling anything, just sharing good stuff I tried on myself).I done lots of research on internet to decide which procedure to choose, and especially "which Clinic". My tips on recovery after Vaser liposuction
Massage massage and massage!
Most important!
I been using DMSO gel with aloe vera for massages, according to my research best price per value, and I used 100% organic almond oil, I wanted to use coconut but find it make skin a bit dry
Take your time, take it easy on everything for minimum 6 weeks, plenty of fluid, fresh fruits (bananas????), cut-off bread, milk, pasta, missed even cooked meals, give your body time to recover and try to put it in "combat" recovering mode with that kind of diet, be more hungry than full!
When fasting amazing processes are happening in the body!
As I suggesting in my review, I lost weight initially by banana diet and drinking lots of fluid, particularly Taheebo tea because I was concerned about iron and ferritin level in blood which could cause to become lightheaded and get some anaemia if eating just banana, so I find this excellent product full of organic iron, minerals and other good stuff from Amazon and I cooked and drink 2-3 litres per day during banana diet course:
After 12 days both my husband and I lost 10 kg each of us!????
And that was good that he joined because I wouldn't be sure if this working for real????????
Second morning after started diet I wake up so much full with energy, my urinating and stools was perfect, pardon me, but need to highlight that as important thing
Blottings gone, I felt fresh and rejuvenated
True is that you will be hungry first day but believe me just be patient, eat banana whenever felt hunger and drink lots of fluid, if possible this Taheebo tea
After 12 days my skin was glowing
When we finished diet we add some kind of snack food, dry meat jerk and little cheese with crackers, no bread, milk, pasta, and we keep going this way
And I kept going that way after Vaser liposuction procedure too, and that helped HUGE!!!
Vaser liposuction is fantastic procedure and I did not have any regret for a second!
I would do it again, actually my husband is going to do it in near future on Cosmos Clinic because he lost weight too and he saw my experience!
