I been using DMSO gel with aloe vera for massages, according to my research best price per value, and I used 100% organic almond oil, I wanted to use coconut but find it make skin a bit dry
Take your time, take it easy on everything for minimum 6 weeks, plenty of fluid, fresh fruits (bananas????), cut-off bread, milk, pasta, missed even cooked meals, give your body time to recover and try to put it in "combat" recovering mode with that kind of diet, be more hungry than full!

As I suggesting in my review, I lost weight initially by banana diet and drinking lots of fluid, particularly Taheebo tea because I was concerned about iron and ferritin level in blood which could cause to become lightheaded and get some anaemia if eating just banana, so I find this excellent product full of organic iron, minerals and other good stuff from Amazon and I cooked and drink 2-3 litres per day during banana diet course:
