Melasma on Cheeks and upper lips,

A couple of years ago, I began to notice a dark shadow over my lips... two dark patches under the eyes zone, after getting fillers for my teardrops. It bothered me a lot and made me feel self conscious all the time....
I try with ResurFX laser first, whit no result, so I found about the Cosmelan procedure at a Clinic in Bogota?...

The application of the cosmelan mask didn’t hurt or burned... and afterwards I just had a feeling of tightness... I removed it after 8 hours.... it was uncomfortable because the procedure was performed at 7:30pm, so I couldn’t get any sleep until I washed my face at 3:30am.... then I applied Hydrocortisone 1% and a moisturizer as told by the doctor.
Next morning my face was really red, but painless. I washed it with a 5.5ph soap, applied the hydrocortisone, moisturizer and a 50 spf sunscreen lotion.

My instructions were to apply a moisturizer twice a day after a thin layer of hydrocortisone lotion, and before bed, after 48 hours of the procedure, alternate cosmelan 2 and a depigmentation lotion. So, I applied Cicalfate from Avène as the moisturizer. My face is less bright red....and is peeling and peeling... I’m itching but not badly... at night I applied a tiny amount of depigmentation cream and it burned a little... I still can see the brown spots on my cheeks... i hope they’ll peel and fade...
