Rhinoplasty in Tijuana

I got my rhinoplasty in Tijuana this morning by dr Juan Carlos Fuentes at Cosmed clinic. I have been making payments to dr Fuentes for the last year or so and finally got my surgery this morning. He shaved down my bump to make my nose straight and put projection in my tip so my nose doesn’t droop when i smile. I have the cost on my nose until Monday so i will load more pics when it’s off but so far i already love my new nose. I drove from Cali. Do not be scared to get work done in Mexico by dr Fuentes. He is truly a gifted surgeon and also very popular for his work.

I’m going back to Mexico today to get my cast off. I’ll post a picture when i get back home. I hope i love it I’m sooo excited :)

So far I’m happy with my new nose. My bridge definitely looks better and i can tell my tip will too once the swelling goes down. My only 2 concerns is that my columella is still very swollen and red where my incision was but my surgeon said that the swelling should go down and my columella won’t look as puffy. My second concern is that when i smile i can’t show my whole top row of teeth so it looks strange like as if i have a very thin top lip but i did some research and read that it is very common for that to happen when you’ve had work done in the tip. Have any of you had this happen? I am sure that everything will go back to normal though. I understand that the healing process will take a whole year and i have to be patient. But so far so good :) can’t wait to see my final results!
