WORTH IT$9,300
Dr. Vijay is the best doctor ever and his staff is outstanding. I am so very pleased with the results! He is a true artist and takes every step to give the very best results. Just love his caring nature, makes the patient his priority, less bruising to the body than most doctors and follows up frequently. Love him!!!

KME-was the $9300 self pay or insurance. You look wonderful. I need to have it completed.

Self pay, I saved up for it. Worth every penny. It included a night in the hospital and all my follow up visits with the doctor, plus my compression sleeves and the hospital preop.

Your doctor did a beautiful job with the closure of the incision! I have been wanting to have this done, but some of the 'after' shots scare the * out of me, they are such violent wounds. You look like you are going to heal beautifully. I'm jealous. (need both surgeries myself too).

Thank you! Choosing the right surgeon is definitely the key. I am scheduled for my tummy tuck in December, can't wait.

Arm and Breast Lift
KmereadyJuly 11, 2015
Lost over 100 pounds years ago. Sagging skin could not be overcome after years of workouts and strength training. Finally made the choice to start the process of lifting my sagging skin. I had heard many good things about Dr. Vijay. Once I met with him and he discussed his recommendations, I just knew he was the right PS for me. Had my arms and breasts lifts two days ago and feeling great! His careful attention to my health, pain management, and overall recovery is above anyone else have ever seen. Planning my tummy tuck and lipo this December. I am in good hands with Dr. Vijay and ha personal approach to my medical care. Couldn't be happier!

Day 13 Post Op

Went back to work Monday, did well the first day, although ran out of energy around 2:30pm. I gave a desk job, so there isn't much walking, but there is a lot of typing, writing.....use of arms and hands a lot. Yesterday was exhausting, maybe I did too much? My arms were so sore by the time I got home. Maybe I did too much? My compression garment is also rubbing against some of my armpit incisions, a little painful. Only med I'm taking is Motrin, maybe not strong enough? Some of my incisions look a little red from the rubbing against the CG, has anyone used Neosporin on their incisions to prevent an infection from the fabric friction? Hoping today will be easier. My next appointment isn't for another two weeks.

Wow...make sure you take time to heal. I'm having a minimal incision arm-lift in 2 months time and was trying to figure when I could return to work. Was thinking 3 weeks. Let me know how you feel next week? Looking good Miss Kmeready!

Feeling much better now, it's two weeks today and I'm traveling for a work conference. Mindful not to lift or pull hard on anything. Really amazed at how much better I feel every couple of days from the days before. Moving around was exhausting at first but the more I do, the better I feel. Thank you. :)

I hope you are okay. I'm sure you will be sore especially with more activity. I think you should ask your surgeon before you put anything on the incisions. Sending you healing thoughts!
July 24, 2015
Didn't think about that. I will call his office tomorrow just to be sure. I figured Neosporin wouldn't be a problem. Maybe I should check...thanks.

Do you have any before and after pictures? I am thinking of having this done. Thank you

Yes, I made a collage and look at it every time I feel tired or peon to remind myself it was worth it. I will post the collage shortly.
