Hello, my name is Jody and I was recommended to Dr Kessler. I am in need of my 3rd set of implants and will also need a second lift. My right side keeps dropping or tearing deeper from the pocket that was originally made. My clevage is far apart and I’d like then up more and closer together. My right side is bigger and heavier as well. Do you think after going to Dr Kessler he would be able to give me what I want? If you could add any more from your expierience what would it be?

Thank you
Jody

I have been asked to give a little more detail about the process. I went to Dr. Kessler after having gone to two different surgeons for breast augmentation. The first time (in 1998), I was given saline, overfilled. Within a year I went to see that doctor because the implants were so hard an looked so unnatural. He looked at me and the implants and said everything was "fine." He said there was no capsular contraction, they were just hard because they were overfilled, so everything was "ok." I just gave in, and suffered with them for many years.

In 2005 I went to a doctor in Santa Monica (Teitelbaum) and told him about my disappointment with the first implants. He said there was probably capsular contraction, and planned to put in silicone implants. He charged me for the new implants, AND for removing capsular contraction. Well, he performed the surgery and then told me there was NO capsular contraction, that the implants were just so hard because they were overfilled. BUT, he never refunded the extra money he had charged for the capsular contraction. Dr. Teitelbaum left me with very, very uneven implants, and the right implant was hard, not nearly as soft as the left one was. But there was no capsular contraction.

Finally, this past year I went to see Dr. Kessler, to see if he could give me a result that was adequate. I had chosen to see Dr, Kessler about it because I had gotten to know him over the previous two years. I had been going to him for botox, and I found him to be very focused and kind.

We met several times before the surgery, and each time he focused on details that were important to both of us.

The recovery went super well. I did not have pain anywhere in the breasts. They look terrific, and for the first time in my adult life I have cleavage and breasts that look natural!!!
