I started out at a 34AA after breast feeding two kids I still want the same size however I never really had anything to start with. My wish boobs are attached. Went to about 6 consults and was recommended anything from 296cc- 540cc depending on the Doctor. I found my doctor (I just knew when I went to his office) and we decided on 350 moderate profile with a good projection Sentra brand. When I went back got my pre op appointment those boobs were on hold for sale due to manufacturing problem. My dr recommended mentor high profile 350cc. I was very worried about them looking to fake with a lot of roundness in the upper pole. So we decided on 339cc moderate profile. In hindsight I wish I went bigger. What I thought I wanted and what I wanted were two different things.

Surgery went great woke up with a lot of pressure but not pain. Surprisingly up walking around and hanging with my husband post op day 1. Post op day 2-4 slept most of the days I think mostly from the pain meds. Drove myself to post op apt day 5 with very minimal pain. Dusted and did a little to much post op day 6. Ended the day with throbbing pain. Dr was not concerned about a hematoma behind implant due to no swelling. Day 8 horrible nerve pain. Never pain never went away. Dr put me on gabapentin. After a full day of that my tingling, sandpaper on burnt skin and flesh feeling resolved. Dusted and cleaned again and throbbing pain back day 25. Really wishing I went bigger too.

Mine are under the muscle. Thanks!! I do love how natural they look I just wish they looked a tad bigger in clothes.

I had a sizing appointment Yesterday and we are in the range of 275- 310cc allergan natrelle inspira. The doc said if I go for 275 then I'll probably want them bigger, so he'll have 3 sets 275/295 /310 to try before he decides which look best.
I hope to come out with a result like yours. They are one of the nicest I have ssen (for what i am looking for).
You had mentor 339 cc moderate in the end correct?

No, in the end I had Allergan, natrelle, style 15 (round smooth moderate plus) 339cc. Today I'm really loving them. I feel like they are starting to settle and look just a tad bigger. Which is exactly what I wanted. I bet in two months I will be completely in love. Good luck with yours. I think you should go with the 310cc.

yes I am quite sure now that I want the 310cc, I am 5ft 4" and 114lb but quite ribby on top. On the bottom on the other hand I'm quite round so I want to look proportionate but I don't want the fake boob effect as I would feel self concious with people who have seen me with no boobs!! :-)

Did you get your surgery? Thanks for asking how I am doing. I'm actually doing really good. They dropped a little to much so I will probably have to go back in to get a few more stitches inside to keep them from dropping more. I am finally off the nerve pain medication and I haven't even taken a Motrin for the past week.

I'm a little bummed about how small I look in clothing. Im happy I have boobs now just wish they were about a size bigger.

Everyone told me to go at least 400cc's. I wish I would have listened. I truly still don't look like I have any boobs in clothes. It's so sad when you spend all that money and you don't get what you envisioned. Just to let you girls know...they have changed bra sizing. My friend that fit in a C bra all her life just had to go to a DD. This is true for my mother in law too. The average breast size in the USA is a D cup. So when we are asking for a C cup we really want a D or DD
