I was a VS 36 C prior and after 2 kids lacked fullness. Dr Chung and I decided Naturelle 575cc silicone unders were the best option. So far so good as today was the surgery. They are swollen and sore but overall already look amazing. I can't wait for the final result once they heal and drop. Come on summer!

So far so good. Still riding high but they are starting to drop a little. Starting to feel normal again.

What bra size do you think you will be in now? I'm a 36 C now, 160 pounds 5'6" and decided on 400 cc and I'm panicking thinking they are going to be enormous!

I went from a 36c to a 38DD. They are big but look totally proportionate to my figure. The #1 think I heard so many times was"I wish I had went bigger" so I went that extra step now and glad I did.

They look amazing!!!!! Great shape and placement. What profile are they? Sorry if I missed that somewhere. I have 535 - 590 cc silicone unders going in on the 14th. I too and going that extra little bit (final size determined by my ps during op). Your size is fantastic!

Dr Chung used style 15 allergan naturelle moderate plus 575cc on both sides. They now feel 100% real! Since they have dropped and fluffed, they look and feel like my old boobs just larger:) So happy with them!
How has your recovery been so far? We'd love an update when you're feeling up to it!
