I am 27 yrs old, 5'7 169 lbs. I’ve always had small boobies (B cup), and felt very insecure about them. I had consultations with 2 doctor’s prior to meeting Dr. Altman(golden hands) and I’ve never felt comfortable enough to get it done with any of them. I’ve stalked Dr.altman on RealSelf, but since I live in NY, I really wasn’t pushing to go see him in Florida until I knew I had a real reason to travel to Florida. Then One day as I was in Miami visiting my family, and I just knew I had to stop by his office to see him. I finally set up a consult with Dr.Altman’s AMAZING staff(I can assure anyone that you will never have anyone better than Dr. Altman’s staffs to make you feel warm safe and bubbly.. especially Karina). When I walked in his warm and beautifully decorated office, I knew he was the one. He is seriously amazing. During our consult, he answered all of my questions in detail and went above and beyond explaining what he would be able to accomplish since I wanted to go big, but not too big and I even decided to do rhinoplasty (bundle deals always saves). I checked out his work with rhinoplasty which looks amazing, and we spoke about would be realistic. As long as my nose was better than my before, then I knew I would be happy. I could really tell that he genuinely cared about getting me the result I wanted, and said he will do the best he can to achieve what I was looking for. After paying the 1k to lock in my date, I initially planned to have my surgery literally a year ago, but with circumstances out of my control, I couldn’t go through with the surgery. And with Dr. Altman and his amazing staff, they worked with me and when the time was right at the point of my life, I was FINALLY able to have the surgery that I constantly thought about. On the day of surgery I was soooo excited and nervous, but my nerves faded completely when I was greeted by his staff, and completed the finally paperwork that made everything feel so real.
Surgery went great, they took great care of me after when I woke up and gave my nervous sister instructions on how to take care of me.
The next day I came in for my post operation, I automatically saw how beautiful my results would be. Through the swelling, and stiffness, I knew I made the best decision ever by choosing Dr.Altman. I will be adding pictures shortly

Not yet .. the swelling on the top is finally going down.. one thing I learned from this experience is to never rush this scary process .. it goes up and down with the results. I’m going to my cousin’s wedding in 2 weeks, so I know I’ll be taking a lot of pics and will do close up just so I can submit to Realself for all of you beautiful ladies to see..

okay, that’s what I’m the most scared of the early swelling. how was it traveling back home and have other people noticed - strangers, family, and friends ? I also wanted to know whether you got an alarplasty along with your rhinoplasty. I’ve seen it gone very wrong on a lot of ethnic patients so I’m worried about that as well.

Traveling was a breeze.. slept throughout the flight. As for alarplasty, I wanted to do it, but went against it. I rather make sure I have the creator of alarplasty do that procedure on me than any other doctor. And yeah unfortunately people have noticed. Especially co workers. This week was my first week back to work, and I kept getting the “you look really different” I brushed it off with a “yeah I was gone for 3 weeks” to psych them out. My sister and mom love my new nose, but I hate it because I know it’s still swollen

I stayed a week .. probably because of the rhinoplasty.. they had to remove the cast.. how many CC’s are you trying to put in?

No need to be nervous.. there’s no pain even after the surgery. As long as you’re in good health prior to surgery, you’ll be fine. I regret not going bigger. I’m going for round 2 because it’s more like a full D or in other words small D since I got 450cc. Next round will definitely be 650 cc which sounds HUGE, but it’s reallg not.. you got this though. Only change will be change for the better

Ask away. That’s what this thread is for. Didn’t try on a sizer, but I highly recommend you do so you won’t have to go for another round. To be honest 400cc would be great for a full C look. 450 is considered a small D, so I say 400 would be perfect. Just my opinion

I didn’t feel any pain. It was weird that I didn’t feel anything. Probably the drugs they prescribed me which made me sleepy.. I slept soooo much it was scary

There was a little incentive . It’s new, so the first few to try it automatically receives 50, and 100 every year after for 10 years.. these CC’s won’t last, since I’m going bigger in 5 months .
