Why did I choose implants?

I've always wanted implants.It's always been a question of when, who , size, and type.
Silicone or saline....frankly saline sounded pretty safe to me. But I wanted a more natural look and feel. I saw an ad in the trainstation of all places And decided to meet with a PS from that office.
I intially went in for just a lift but felt like I'd look like a pubescent girl. I discussed this with a coworker and decided to go and see her PS who was also recommended to her as well .So I went right back to the office and saw him. He was excellent!

What size would you like to go?
Did you doctor tell you what kind of breast lift you will need?
I am having my breast lift with implants, and tummy tuck on July 7th! (I want to have big breasts with lots of cleavage...I haven't decided what size cc's yet. Maybe 500cc's?)

I want to be a full C .When I was pregnant with the kids I went to a double D. And let me tell you, that was not comfortable on my small frame. Lol. I've felt a B and the far extreme of a DD.
I'm getting smooth silicone implants under the skin. Aww were going to be reborn on the same day lol
