I moved to South Florida about a year ago and had my heart set on getting a breast augmentation for years. I chose Dr. Roudner because of his great reviews. The office is beautiful, but overall BUSY. The doctor and staff probably couldn't pick me out of a crowd but I have AWESOME breasts now. I am five weeks out from surgery and have probably met with Roudner himself for a total of 15-20 minutes. Once in the consult and then another time right before I went into the operating room for him to draw on me. They have changed my appointment times twice without informing me and even changed the day of my 6 week out appointment without speaking with me first. My overall surgery experience was excellent, the anesthesiologist and operating nurse were fantastic. Very friendly, comforting and efficient. My recovery was rough because I went from an A to at least a D (still not sure about my exact size). I am feeling fully recovered but am still not lifting weights or running. Overall if you are looking to have the exact breasts that you want GO WITH ROUDNER. If you need a doctor to comfort you and help you through the whole process look elsewhere. The office is too busy to waste any time holding your hand. The picture that I showed Dr Roudner is almost exactly what I have now... he's an artist. He did a right donut incision around my right nipple to even them out more and once the scar tissue heals it should be perfect.

he doesn't discuss ccs?
August 1, 2014
No he doesn't unless you want to. I think he's soo familiar with the surgery that he only needs to see a picture to know what to do? I asked to try on the sizers because before I didn't know anything about ccs and what amount I wanted to go for

My surgery is this saturday and i only spoke to him in the first appt. the nurse said to not even bother with photos until surgery day. I heard he is really good and i hope i get a favorable outcome.

He will come in before the surgery to check in with you and the picture you bring in. The preop nurse is soo sweet! They will take great care of you and you will seriously have exactly what you want. You chose a great doctor!

Good luck with everything! The recovery was a little rough I thought but everyone heals differently. If you have questions, concerns anything after the surgery let me know! You're in the best hands while you're there

Omg thanks so much for your kind words and feedback! You already know all the thoughts that go through your right before a procedure of this kind!

I am so happy to find your surgery experience with Dr. Roudner. My breast are similar to yours and will probably need a donut incision to even out my nipples. Did he discuss doing the donut incision at your consult or on the day or surgery? I am getting really nervous since my surgery is August 16, 2014 and I did not speak to him at the pre-op appointment. Your boobs came out great!

He told me I "had two different breats" the day of my very first consult and said that he could fix them with a donut incision. Since that day they all repeated right donut incision when talking to me. It's a tougher scar to recover from so I assume they repeat it over and over at each visit to make sure I still wanted it. Right before my surgery the anesthesiologist, nurse and Roudner all saw me. He came in so he could draw the lines for doing the donut. He didn't mention anything about it during your first consult? If he didn't I would imagine you can get away without doing the donut incision? I didn't see him for my pre op app either which I thought was rushed and weird

I am really happy with my outcome though but still hate going to that office because they rush everything so much. Both of my scars are healing really well along with the implant tissues. I'm very happy with them!

Make sure you read both comments I didn't mean to post them separate :)

Im actually petite 5'2" 110 lbs but my shoulders are broad. I a some breast tissue not alk the way flat and breast are pretty even, just need more volume! I like case 11 , 15 , 7 from his website but sticking with case 11. He has an artistic eye so i trust that, just dont want boob greed in the end lol

He did mention a lift but I said no now I am rethinking it. I go to see them next Tuesday before my procedure to re-discuss the procedure. I hope they don't charge me more since I already paid the same as you for just silicone implants....
August 6, 2014
He said if I did a donut lift with silicone it would be $6280!!! I told them I saw a patient on this sight that got it for $4700 and they wanted to know your name but I told them I don't know. I already paid the $4700 and to come out another $1500 is crazy! I am so upset!!!
August 6, 2014
No no I didn't get a lift! He did just a donut incision not a "lollipop" because I only wanted one of my nipples smaller. I didn't need the lift thankfully because that's definitely more expensive. I was going off of what other people were telling me and thought 500ccs was going to be HUGE! I ended up leaving the decision to him and thank god I got the 500 anything smaller I would have been mad about. To be honest I wouldn't mind if they were a little bigger now that I'm healed but my recovery would have been a lot worse. He had a reallyyyy good eye so what he suggests will be the best.
August 6, 2014
Good to know! They are letting me come in tomorrow so I will discuss more option because I don't want a lift but I do want the breast to be somewhat symmetrical. I am probably just freaking out for nothing but I do not want regret anything later. Thanks for all the feedback.

Oh good! I'm glad you're getting to go in. You're paying for the surgery so make sure you see the doctor and get everything answered that you need. You're paying THEM so ask a million questions until you're comfortable. Good luck! Everything will come out great in the end

Thank you!

Let me know if you have questions or concerns after the surgery. Mine was six weeks ago so I remember everything still!
August 7, 2014
What profile silicone implant did he do on you? Did he go with a moderate profile implant?
August 7, 2014
Yes 500ccs moderate plus

Do u think u can return to a desk job in 5 days?
August 7, 2014
It depends on everyone's recovery! Crazy how they're all different. If it's hardly moving kind of desk job then yes I would imagine. I am a dental hygienist and went back to seeing patients after 12 days ...dental hygiene is a lot more physical than a desk job so I took that extra week off. Play it by ear and if you can try not to push yourself too much but I think you'll be okay!
August 7, 2014
I was off of pain medication and only taking Tylenol extra strength by day 4 ...was definitely still in pain and taking it easy but like I said everyone recovers differently! You could ask other people and they were fine two days after surgery

What are things I should buy prior to surgery? Anything I should expect after surgery that you think is important I know.

When you wake up out of surgery you will already be changed. Bring a biggg comfy zip up sweatshirt and I would recommend for it to have a hood because you may run into people as they wheel you out. Have pillows in the car for comfort! I had a 45 min drive home and didn't have pillows it was so uncomfortable. When you get home have something to snack on. I ate a piece of bread and drank a Gatorade so I could take my pain medicine and then you're going to sleep for the next day or two. Have some easy snack foods like saltines because you have to take meds with food but won't have an appetite to eat much. Make sure everything is clean because it makes you feel better and you won't be cleaning for a few days! I bought 16 gatorades before and was glad I did because I drank them all. Have a comfy spot to sleep with lots and lots of pillows. I slept on my couch for the first week because it was the most comfortable for me but that's up to you! Take complete advantage of your time off work and really focus on healing. Don't push yourself just sleep and relax. It might make you restless after a few days but it really helps! Take vitamins and your pills, relax and you will heal great!!

Oh! And the pain meds and anesthesia make it so you can't go to the bathroom. They say to buy suppositories but just buy a bag of prunes. They work great and are healthier than any strange medicine you can buy. By the 3rd or 4th day I ate two in the morning and was good :)

Awesome! Thank you!
