21 Yrs Old, 5'6" and 116 Lbs, 32aa getting 450cc mod+

A little backstory ~ I have been obsessed with boobs since I was about 4 years old and have wanted them since hitting puberty around 12-13. I soon realized that I am the only woman in my family to NOT have a large chest (mom and all my aunts are C+). I don't wear padded bras because I can't stand the gap even in the tiny 32 aa bras. I wear bralettes mostly.
I love the shape of my breasts, but they are so tiny and I'm obsessed with having a womanly figure so I decided to get this done right before my 22nd birthday. So far I've decided I want to do smooth round silicone implants and I have my pre-op appointment February 21st, so still some time away. I'm very excited though and I will definitely keep updating this as I get closer to boobies!
So I've been talking back and forth with Dr. Roudner and his staff in Miami and I have decided to go with him because he seems professional and reasonable, and wasn't afraid to tell me that I need to have the right expectations. I paid my deposit and set my date for March 6th (day before my dad's birthday... sorry dad) which is on my spring break so it will give me a week to recuperate before I have to start school again. I will need to call off of work for about 3 weeks or so, since I'm a massage therapist which is a very physically demanding job.
I have also attached some of my "before" pictures :/ sadly showcasing my little boy chest ;-;. I'm worried because the surgeon says we are "basically starting with nothing" so I hope I can go as big as I want and still look nice and soft and natural. Also hoping I can keep my piercings that I've had for 3 years now!

Told my best friend about my surgery and got only positive feedback. My parents are supportive now and so is my brother and his wife. My boyfriend says he will love me regardless of boob size haha.
I'm happy to have support from everyone I care about.
The holidays were great and I start school in 2 weeks and I'm stressing about that, and going to part time, and then having my surgery in March!

So my pre op is in 50 days and my surgery is in 62, on March 6th. I know it's still 2 months away but I know time flies so quickly and I'm beyond excited to get my boobs :D
A little life update:
-I start college next week. My major is bioengineering so I have a full schedule ahead of me ;-;
-i just got over a nasty cold/flu, which really set me back in regards to starting my workouts. But I feel I can get back on track.
- I go on a snowboarding trip next weekend! Woohoo
- ooh also my plastic surgeon called me and I need to get a signature from my gastroenterologist (since I have Crohn's disease) giving me the 'okay' for my surgery, and also my urologist (since I had kidney stones in Jan -_-) AND my hematologist since I'm anemic -_____- ugh so now I have to contact these doctors and have them email my plastic surgeon. I'm a little bummed but I understand they just need me to be healthy.
