3 weeks post

3 weeks post treatment and I already notice a difference. I feel like the c section buldge isnt responding as quickly as my lower belly is. I hope the c section buldge gets flatter. Only 3 weeks in so fingers crossed! I remember last year I saw a big change in the last month of the 90 days. I tried to get fair pictures of the same distance away, but my 3 week after shots aren't the best quality.

Swelling after treatment

Definitely swollen in the treated area. I've resumed normal daily activities, zero down time, the swollen area feels bruised but I only notice it if something bumps my belly. At the end of day 3 pins and needles started kicking in and a little itching. Nothing too uncomfortable.

Deep tissue massage

After the machine comes off, your skin is frozen into a hunk, and the nurse breaks down the frozen cells with a deep tissue massage. This HURTS. But doesn't last long. Also I've found that I'm very sore in the treated area like a giant bruise. It's not muscular, since it's just fat being frozen. I still did an afternoon walk with my 19mo old today. However if I bump into something, its sore.
