2 weeks post procedure
I noticed a lot less bloating! The pain has subsided a bit more so I can actually press on my tummy. My sides will hopefully go down more over the next few weeks. Need to exercise more. This covid-19 has put a halt going to the gym. Have been doing small workouts at home. I do feel a different in the amount of fat in my liver belly! Can’t wait for the months to come and eating healthy!
4 days after
So, I’m still a little bloated which is normal. The pain is a little harsh on my abdomen. My flanks are painful really. Hoping the pain will subside after a few more days! Trying to take a relaxing bath with healing salt help to reduce the pain. Eating healthy is key!
First Coolsculpting Treatment
So first off hello! To start off, I just wanted to say I debated doing CoolSculpting for a while now. I finally did it today!
So background on my health and fitness. I was training to become a firefighter/paramedic. High intensity, I was fit, could lift, felt healthy, ate right. I still struggled with my lower abdomen/flanks. No matter how many crunches I did or running I did with a weighted jacket and a sweatshirt on. I couldn’t burn off my stubborn fat.
During my fire academy I broke my foot. My doctor said I wouldn’t be able to lift over 140 pounds over my head ever again due to the trauma my foot suffered (all good now I found a new career still working in the medical field helping patients) life’s great!
So after Pilates, still doing workouts just at a lower intensity, eating super clean, carb cycling, intermittent fasting. Nothing helped, except it did decrease my bloating. So did my first treatment today! All went well. Definitely feels weird and is a bit painful when they start to massage the suctioned areas. Will update!
