My first CoolSculpting Treatment
So first off hello! To start off, I just wanted to say I debated doing CoolSculpting for a while now. I finally did it today! 
So background on my health and fitness. I was training to become a firefighter/paramedic. High intensity, I was fit, could lift, felt healthy, ate right.
