WORTH IT
I have had 2 CoolSculpting sessions so far over the past couple of months (to target lower abdomen & upper arms). I am very happy with the results so far (expecting final results over the next few months)! I am a runner & have maintained my workouts/mileage during this time. There was no downtime after the procedure, I exercised the following day with no discomfort. My clothes are already fitting more loosely & the targeted areas appear more toned! Louise was beyond amazing at preparing me & reviewing what to expect regarding procedure & results! Louise is fun, personable, & well skilled at what she does; the procedure seemed to fly by comfortably! I would highly recommend Dr. Naficy’s office & Louise for CoolSculpting!

CoolSculpting Update
NellyJApril 25, 2019
I am very happy with my results! I had TWO CoolSculpting sessions to target my lower abdomen. The 1st session was on 10/4/2018, the 2nd was on 11/12/2018. My follow up photos were taken in April 2019! I have noticed significant improvement (reduced fatty area) in the appearance of my lower abdomen. Also, I have lost 1.5 inches from my lower abdominal/hip measurement. My skirts & pants are now noticeably looser. Left side photo is before, right side photo is after the 2 CoolSculpting sessions! I highly recommend consulting & working with Louise from Dr. Naficy’s clinic! She is an outstanding & knowledgeable clinician & fun to work with! (On same date as the after photos were taken, I had another session to again target abdomen & this time upper arms. Will post update in July, when final results may be appreciated).

how long were each session cause there's different times?

Each lower ab session took about 1 hour (I used 2 applications per session, each application for the area takes about 30 minutes). Add another 20-30 minutes or so for the pre-sculpting markings/assessment & massage of the area afterwards. So total of about 90 minutes per visit for that one area!

CoolSculpting arms
NellyJAugust 15, 2019
My goal was to reduce overall size & fatty volume of my upper arms (which has become more obvious over the past 10 years)! I have been exercising regularly (cardio workouts/running 5-6 days a week + strength training targeting core & arms 3 times a week), & have been adjusting to a healthier diet over the past several years, but my upper arm appearance had always remained the same! I saw Louise at Dr. Sam Naficy's Clinic for CoolSculpting of my upper arms (2 visits total, 2 sessions per arm, over a 6 month timeframe). Louise clearly explained the procedure & what to expect in terms of results! The procedure was comfortable & I had no down time (I ran 8 miles the following day)! Louise is kind & funny & lovely to work with! Her knowledge about CoolSculpting & overall clinical expertise is outstanding! I am VERY HAPPY with my results (see before & after photos; L side is baseline, R side 6 months after)! My arms are noticeably smaller & appear more toned! I now feel more confident wearing sleeveless shirts & dresses! I also feel more motivated to continue my workouts & healthy lifestyle, as I am FINALLY able to see results! I highly recommend consulting (& working with) Louise at Dr. Sam Naficy's Clinic if you are considering CoolSculpting!

How many inches did you lose? I’m strongly considering it. I work out 5-7 times per week, and this is the last place where I keep fat and driving me insane. I’m at my target weight. I’ll appreciate any feedback

Hi There! It has been 10 months since my FIRST lower abdominal session (have had 3 sessions total over past 10 months) & I have lost 2 inches from my hip measurement & 2 inches from waist measurement! I noticed this loss gradually & have maintained this since my last session (which was about 2 months ago)! Also, I have lost 1 inch per arm from upper arm area (2 inches total). I had 2 sessions total for arms! I think I am finished with the process. Like you, I was at my goal weight prior to these sessions! It's an advantage to be at your target weight prior to starting this process, because significant weight loss (or gain) afterwards my affect the results. I am 43 years old & I did notice some skin laxity (sagging) after the fat volume had been reduced after my last sessions, so I also recently had Thermage (for arms & abs) to help re-tighten the skin. I am hoping to see results from the tightening over the next couple of months (it takes about 3 months after either CoolSculpting or Thermage to notice your results)! I would definitely recommend CoolSculpting to reduce fat volume in stubborn areas resistant to exercise/diet! I have maintained my exercise regimen during this process & I think this has helped overall as well! Hope this helps!
