CoolSculpt- back of waist and hips

I am fit and do cross training involving cycling walking yoga and tae bo plus gym work for abs and waist- I'm not overweight but despite all efforts cannot shift the annoying overhang from small but stubborn fat at the back of my wait and sides
I really researched the treatment, talked to therapists and read the reviews, pros and cons on RealSelf. Decided to go for the treatment at a renowned clinic in London. They did a pre- treatment consultation to assess my suitability. They were professional and explained what to expect and I signed up for the treatment 2 days later.
On the day of treatment I trend up at the clinic they took photos from 360 degrees of the area and then they marked the area to be treated be then stared the treatment
By far the most uncomfortable was laying face down for the testament and not being able to move - the suction was strong but not uncomfortable and I did not feel any discomfort from the suctions.
I had both sides done in succession and after each the area was massaged. Unlike some other reviewers I did not feel any discomfort during the massage after the machine was removed
I was given a contact number for any follow up questions and asked to come back to the clinic in 2 months to review the results.
I was told that the results would not be visible for 8-10 weeks so I have not been monitoring closely the changes. I have not had any bruising or pain after treatment but have had the numbness others describe and this is still the case after 1 week. However it does not bother me and in am back in the gym and out on my bike straight away after the treatment and waiting to see what he results will be

I have had a second treatment this time on the hips - treatment didn't hurt and I actually fell asleep!

I started to see improvements from the first treatment to the back of the waist after about 4 weeks and it's quite surprising as it really is working - not only is the area flatter and smoother it seems tighter too.

Ok, so I’m 3,5.months post treatment for back of waist and 2,5 months post treatment for love handles- the pictures speak for themselves. This treatment works ! I have been working out gym, yoga and walking and i think this has helped.Totally pleased with the results.
