CoolSculpt on arms

It's been a few days since the procedure. Here's what I experienced so far:
Day 0 (procedure): Light bruising
Day 1 (post): Noticeable swelling, very sore and uncomfortable to touch
Day 2 (post): Minimal swelling, sensitive to touch. I took measurements to compare against (although, again, my arms are slightly swollen and unfortunately, I didn't measure before the procedure): Right-12.25in, Left-11in
Hoping for the best!

How are you feeling a few days later? Has the swelling started to subside?

Yeah, it's a day-by-day basis. On some days, its not swollen and on others, they are.

I included some photos of what my arms looked like after the procedure was done. The redness faded later on in the day but remained sensitive to the touch. It's also still slightly swollen so I ordered arm compression garments that will be delivered tomorrow. I was told arm compression sleeves were optional and up to my discretion.

I did mine this morning, wearing arm compression already, it really helps. Will start a blog for cool sculpting and add pictures.. I had arm lipo back in 11.2014 , did not worked for me . I consulted Dr. Armando Soto and he recommend few sessions of cool sculpting. Good luck in your journey .

Arm lipo did not work for me either but I've seen some great reviews on RealSelf with CoolSculpting. I ended up going with the CoolAdvantage applicator even though I haven't seen reviews on this very much. Which applicator did you end up using?

Thanks for the tip on the arm compression! Looking forward to your review!

the original one, my doctor is refusing to switch to the new application, i really wanted to try it out but will see how this one works out. No pain so far, been using garment 24/7 since procedure. I highly recommend this one: is like wearing nothing at all , your body gets used to it.

I got Coolsculpting done at the same place you did. I had a slight change -- not drastic. But I'm considering getting a small lipo procedure done to remove the last bit. But I think you said you had arm lipo done and it didn't work for you???? I wanted to ask how come?? Did your surgeon not remove enough? did you get loose skin from the lipo?

My arms are no longer swollen but they are still sensitive when I press down on the spots that were treated. No visible change yet.
On arm compression sleeves: I started wearing them a few days post-procedure and wore them for most of the day and they seemed to help with the swelling. My arms were highly sensitive and quite uncomfortable - I definitely would not have been able to work out my arms in the gym until 1 week later.
