A year later about the same weight. This is what 4500.00 will get you
$4,500
So I know I can work out and probably achieve similar results. But I want people to know what they’re getting into. I had 10 sessions total. The left is roughly about a year later, about the same weight. +\- 1 lbs. the right is pre-procedure. One thing I noticed is that my waist line (what I wanted to hit the most did go down about an inch almost 2 inches at best). Now, is probably about 1/2” down, but I’ll see once I get back down to sub 200’s again, but that’s just losing weight again. So with this in mind, was it worth it? Probably would’ve spent money on lipo instead. Results are shown immediately, and not as subtle. Kind makes me feel like I wasted 4500 when lipo was almost the same cost, and a much more noticeable difference.

I had 4 areas on my tummy flab area cool sculpted. I’ve had 2 babies at home so my pain threshold is up there but GEEZ it hurt (for a couple of minutes), then tolerable. After, the area felt tingly and numb. Day 3 I wore a constant ice pack and was begging for pain killers!!
Had laparoscopic gall bladder surgery about 15 years prior. The Cool Sculpt ‘suckers’ had been placed over the tiny scars and ripped scar tissue. Bruising at each incision scar. It was as I I’d had the gall bladder surgery again! This went in for more than 2 weeks. Began our vacation cruise with baggy clothes because I couldn’t stand anything snug on the area. Even spent $$ on acupuncture at the ship spa. Between the cost, pain and minimal results... NOT WORTH IT!!

Additionally to my last posting. Please spend the time to check into the doctor and or practitioner that performs coolsculpting. I woulkd never recommnd my doctor again to anyo0ne for anything. At least according to her website a leading surgeon in the Bay Area. She was a disaster and even left me with a scar and 2nd degree burn on my hip and flanks.

1 month follow up and second session on the flanks
So I’ve lost an avg of 2 inches without losing significant amount of weight (went from 207 to 203). I noticed after the session of the areas, it swells up! The garment is there to help tighten our skin to the area where we had the procedure done, a practice my coolsculpting place absorbed from their liposuction experience.

Not worth it. I do not recommend. I had 27 cycles! It was a waste
What do you mean 27 cycles? 27 applicators? I paid for 10 applicators, had 2 more in my rear flanks, which seems to be the most troublesome for me
27 cycles. $14,200 and such a waste. I wish I had gone for a permanent solution. Fat often hardens and often reappears in the area that has been treated. Since my CoolSculpting experience I’ve spoken to several plastic surgeons who do not offer CoolSculpting because of this after effect. Of course you most often do not hear this in a consultation. I will never recommend this to family or friends. 76% approval rating on RealSelf
At that point, liposuction is probably a permanent solution!
Just read up on it! You had PAH! Though not common, it's unfortunate it happened to you, and according to this article, 1 in every 130 or so get PAH... (still not as "non-existent as the good people at coolsculpting would like you to believe but a lot more frequent). Hopefully, it'll pay off in the end. I'm keeping a healthy diet (as best as possible) and trying to exercise as much as I can (which I normally do anyways) about 5-6 days a week on avg. for at least 1 hour.
