Cool sculpt Round 2

Cool sculpt Round 2

ladyBoss289
WORTH IT$3,000
I am 35 years old, 5’6” and when I weighed in yesterday before my 2nd round of cool sculpting, I was 156 (mid-day, after eating lunch. I went in last year for one round of 3 mini cool (?, roughly 6 in long by a few in wide) applications around my tummy, but never went back for the follow up pics. I decided to go back in one more time, as most reviews say it takes two sessions to really see bigger results, and since I have some small results after the first round, I needed to see what round 2 would do!
I experienced a small bit of the discomfort many people on here refer to, but must have a high pain tolerance because it’s noting I can’t move around with. No bruising, slight swelling, and it’s tender to touch, but not awful.
Here is day 1 after round 2:

How are things now, seeing more improvement after the second session. How much did you pay for this?

I haven’t noticed much yet, honestly, but I think I’ll start to see more noticeable change in the coming weeks. I did it over a year ago and never took pics, but wished I did! This time we did the bigger Coolsculpting suction’s (3 of them in a triangle around my belly button), so I’m hopeful that combing that with working out, I will see better results this time. I paid $3k this time, which was discounted because I was a repeat customer. I must be very lucky because I hardly experienced the level of discomfort you read about on here, perhaps due to a high pain tolerance. I had numbness for a while, but it was not anything I wold ever complain about. I am most exited to compare before (after day 1) to after 3 months this time! I feel really good about it this time, since I had some noticeable results last time, and they were much smaller suction’s used.

Thank goodness you didn’t experience any discomfort. I’ve heard amazing results with Coolsculpting. I hope you post some pix. I’ve got 7 reviews posted if you’re bored and want to see them. Lol xoxo Randi xoxo

I am confused about the Coolsculpting. It seems that people who have excellent results also do diet and exercise changes. So it is difficult to isolate the cause of the changes - cool sculpting or lifestyle. What do do think?

It’s funny you mention that because I’ve noticed the same in posts on here. I do think Coolsculpting helps at least a little because I noticed some results after the first round, and I did NOTHING different then. This time around I wanted to see if I could make lifestyle changes and if that would make an even bigger difference, and so far, I think it has. I will say though, I only work out 2-3 times a week, not 5-7 like others on here, and I drink a glass of red wine 4 out of 7 days a week. I don’t eat salads constantly, and I’m definitely not a vegetarian, just regular sized meals and a few tootsie rolls each day :) Diet has a great deal to do with how fat shows up on our bodies, and there are just some things I choose not to give up! If I wanted to be a rail, I know I would need to do that, but I am happy with a little bit of curve, just not so much flab. Hope that helps!

Last ye when I had Coolsclpting done, I was finishing up some coursework for a certification and had recently moved into our new home. I found myself unmotivated and eating the same, but this year I want to see a bigger difference. In one weeks’ time, I’ve lost 5 lbs through eating less carbs, and I plan to attend group classes at my gym on a regular basis.

I have had a few small pains, probably what some describe as nerve pain, but nothing to even complain about. The numbness is mostly worn off, and I have not noticed anything else out of the ordinary.

Numbness is completely gone, and I’m doing my best to make it to fitness classes more often each week, as well as watching my carb/calorie intake. My motivation usually comes in the form of planning vacation, so I’ve started researching that as well!
